Application for Site Planning and Architectural Integration Plans (P.I.I.A.)

Filing of an application concerning Site Planning and Architectural Integration Plans (P.I.I.A.):

In La Malbaie, several areas of the city, as well as certain types of intervention, are subject to the By-law concerning Site Planning and Architectural Integration Program # 996-14. Therefore, considering that the application must be presented for recommendation to the municipal council, it should be noted that the processing of a permit application subject to this by-law is not the same and that it incurs a longer process than usual.

The frequency of meetings of the Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) is monthly. With exception, meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month. The committee's recommendations are then forwarded to the municipal council for the subsequent regular meeting, which is the Monday following the advisory meeting.

The deadline for submitting an application is the Friday preceding the monthly meeting, no later than 4:00 pm. If this deadline is not respected, the applicant will have to wait until the next month's meeting (thus providing an additional period of one month).

The applicant will receive, by mail or email, an official copy of the resolution passed by City Council within one week of the regular meeting.
