Citizens can, at all times, address issues and complaints to municipal administration by email or by phone. Our staff will provide a courteous and professional service. We respect the confidentiality of your personal information. Your request will be processed within 5 working days following its receipt. It this delay cannot be met, you will be notified by email.

Procedure to Follow when Making a Claim
If you believe that you have been wronged or are entitled to claim costs from the city to cover injury, breakage or other, to yourself or to your property:
You must send the municipality, as soon as possible, a letter (preferably registered or certified) explaining your claim. It should contain the date of the event, the circumstances, persons involved as well as invoices related to your claim.
The municipality will acknowledge receipt of your claim and will forward it to its insurance company.
An agent from the insurance company will contact you, if necessary, to establish or deny liability on behalf of the municipality. A positive or negative response from the insurance company will be sent to you afterwards.
Procedures for Signaling Breakage Using the Voilà! Application
Voilà! Is a new application citizens and municipalities can use to signal issues such as repairing street lighting, roads, graffiti, potholes or defective installations in our municipality. Citizens can communicate these non-urgent issues using this application with their mobile phone.
