It is possible, by contacting the Public Works Department, to obtain a snow disposal permit that will allow you remove the snow on your property and dump it on the side of the road before the passing of the City’s snow removal equipment. For this to be authorized, an employee of the municipality will come and measure the surface area on your property where the snow is to be removed and, along with your permit, you will be sent a bill in the amount of $0.25 per ft2 (not including taxes).
