Application for Review

Following deposit of the three-year roll (years 2008, 2009 and 2010), the ratepayer can request a review of the building or the business establishment’s assessment. The application must be filed before May 12, 2008. The right to contest an assessment can only be exercised once every three years.

The ratepayer can also file an application for review when the assessor has updated the roll. The change may be the result of a new construction on the property, renovation work, demolition, etc.

The application for review is made on a form that is available at the office of the body responsible for the assessment which, in this case, is:
